Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of order is not allowed once the order is confirmed.

However, you may modify your order if you realize you have made an error in your shipping address. You should contact us immediately if you notice such error. We will assist you if your order has not been processed yet.  

You are responsible to provide us your correct shipping details. We shall not be responsible for undeliverable packages or packages sent to the wrong address due to missing, incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by you. Should an order become undeliverable due to the above mentioned reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund but you may request to have the order reshipped again at a fee.
